Subject: [PATCH] Track sub-agent result delivery outcomes (#51331)

## What changed

Increment `codex.multi_agent.result_delivery` when sending a terminal child result to its parent, with `outcome=queued` for queue acceptance and `outcome=failed` for delivery errors.
