Owen Lin c73775f19e Remove initial messages from session configuration events (#50360 )

## What changed

Remove `initial_messages` from `SessionConfiguredEvent` and the corresponding schema. Stop attaching replay history to startup events for resumed or rejoined threads, and remove `InitialHistory::get_event_msgs`.

## Testing

Update the MCP resume test to verify persisted tool events through `load_history`, and retain coverage that resumed requests include prior conversation items.

codex-protocol

This crate defines the "types" for the protocol used by Codex CLI, which includes both "internal types" for communication between codex-core and codex-tui, as well as "external types" used with codex app-server.

This crate should have minimal dependencies.

Ideally, we should avoid "material business logic" in this crate, as we can always introduce Ext-style traits to add functionality to types in other crates.
