## What changed

Return completed startup prewarm sessions to the client cache and schedule resume prewarm through the normal session setup path. Keep in-flight warmups shared, remove the separate nonblocking prewarmed checks, and simplify the prewarm handle to own a single task.

## Testing

Update the resume prewarm integration test to assert `User-Agent` and `x-codex-window-id` handshake headers while retaining coverage for connection reuse, response continuation, and reconnection after closure. Remove the assertion that healthy resumes skip instruction preparation.
