Remove thread title generation spinners from the TUI ( #55324 ) ...
## What changed
Stop showing title-generation spinners in the footer, status line, and terminal title. Remove the associated UI pending state and animation refresh logic while retaining background title generation.
## Testing
Add a snapshot covering the footer and terminal title while automatic naming is pending. Update status-surface snapshots to cover thread names and ID fallbacks without progress indicators.
