Felipe Coury d757fee363 fix(tui): remove ansi16 diff backgrounds ...

Remove add/delete background fills when the diff renderer targets
`DiffColorLevel::Ansi16`. Keep signs, content, and light-theme gutter
colors as foreground-only so low-color terminals avoid heavy blocks.

Add focused ansi16 assertions and a new snapshot in
`tui/src/diff_render.rs` to lock this behavior. This keeps the change
localized to diff rendering and avoids touching other TUI surfaces.
