Subject: [PATCH] feat(toolbar): add Compare Databases and Compare Data buttons

Expose Schema Diff and Data Compare dialogs from the top toolbar
so they can be opened without pre-selecting a connection in the
sidebar. Connections are chosen inside the dialog.
