feat(oracle): add SYSDBA authentication support

Switch oracle-rs to t8y2/oracle-rs fork with SYSDBA support.
Add sysdba field to ConnectionConfig and a checkbox in the
Oracle connection dialog to enable connecting as SYS with
SYSDBA privileges.
