- Filter agents-* releases in sync-changelog.mjs (source)
- Filter agents-* releases in changelog.ts (fallback)
- Prevents internal agent releases from appearing in user-facing changelog

- Add ChangelogList component and changelog data fetcher
- Add platform icons for install tabs
- Add sync-changelog workflow (triggers on release publish)
