fix: preserve pending row edits when switching tabs ( #362 )

Wrap ContentArea in KeepAlive to cache tab instances across switches.
Add a module-level pending-changes cache in useDataGridEditor so edits
survive DataGrid destruction caused by result eviction and reload.
