t8y2 20d1fa724d fix: make AI stream cancel respond instantly via tokio::select 
Replace AtomicBool polling (only checked between chunks) with
tokio::sync::Notify + tokio::select!, so the stop button takes
effect immediately even when the LLM is thinking.
