t8y2 7fa056f57c fix: boost high-frequency SQL keywords in completion ranking ...

Typing "WH" now ranks WHERE above WHEN since WHERE is far more
commonly used. High-frequency keywords (SELECT, FROM, WHERE, JOIN,
etc.) get a +100 boost so usage frequency outweighs length-based
tie-breaking.
