Replace all JSON file storage (connections, secrets, history, AI config, conversations, sidebar layout) with a single SQLite database (dbx.db). Auto-migrates existing JSON data on first launch, renaming old files to .bak. Remove keyring dependency — passwords now stored in SQLite.
