t8y2 c289c0d2f3 fix(oracle): detect idle timeout and end-of-file as connection errors ...

Extended is_connection_error to recognize Oracle-specific JDBC error
patterns (idle time exceeded, end-of-file on communication channel,
not connected) so the auto-reconnect mechanism triggers for stale agent
connections after long idle periods.
