t8y2 dbc8668ced feat(redis): add command history navigation with arrow keys

- Press ↑ to recall previous command, ↓ for next command (terminal-like behavior)
- Press ↓ at end of history to clear input
- Use readonly instead of disabled to maintain cursor focus and blink state
- Semi-transparent visual feedback during command execution

Directories

desktop/ - the Vue frontend used by the Tauri desktop app and the Docker/web build.

The Tauri native shell remains in src-tauri/ because that is the conventional Tauri project location used by the existing build and release tooling.
