t8y2 b446816bdc fix(agent): remove SHA-256 verification for driver downloads ...

R2 CDN cache inconsistency caused hash mismatches when registry
updated before jar files. Remove sha256 verification entirely —
the old field in registry JSON is silently ignored by serde.
