Update the kotlin-maven-plugin for tests and use EA maven profile ( #3671 )

* Update the kotlin-maven-plugin for tests
* Add a profile for EA that excludes kotlin-querybean-generator
* For build workflow use maven profile "default"

javadoc: error - The code being documented uses packages in the unnamed module, but the packages defined in https://ebean.io/platforms/ebean-platform-h2/apidocs/ are in named modules.
