fix (plg_search_sqlitefts): apply middleware
...
before this, if someone was adding versioning or pgp encryption, the
search would see the raw fs and not the virtual filesystem on top. When
we have time we should create a new kind of middleware which get applied
in NewBackend directly so this hack will get deprecated but until this
happen, this commit is just a quickfix
