Subject: [PATCH] refactor(git): remove unused TreeCommon embedded struct
 (#39830)

`TreeCommon` only holds `ID` and is embedded solely by `Tree`, with no
other users. Inline the field into `Tree`; `t.ID` access is unchanged.
