ginuerzh d7256280da breaking change: add network param to Admission.Admit, add DialOption to Router.Dial 
- Admission.Admit gains network parameter for network-aware access control
- Router.Dial gains variadic DialOption, matching Route.Dial and Router.Bind
- Fix typos: WithHostOption, ResolverNodeOption, ErrClosed message
- Add comprehensive README with architecture diagrams
