ginuerzh 14fed91c62 httpcache: guard Turbo short-circuit responses, add StoreKey ...

Cacheable() now refuses X-Turbo-Short-Circuit responses (partial <meta>
payloads meant to merge client-side, would serve blank pages on later
hits). StoreKey() lets callers whose request identity is rewritten before
store (e.g. mirror Host routing) pin the key so Lookup and Store agree.

Bump github.com/go-gost/core to v0.6.1.
