ginuerzh d024c7786e feat(forwarder): pass direction and uri metadata to Rewriter plugins ...

Expose HTTP request direction (request/response) and request URI to
Rewriter plugins via metadata, alongside the existing sid. Consolidate
sid/direction/uri assembly into baseMetadata helpers and remove the now
unused sidMetadata function.
