MikeO7 6aec3069ae fix(ios): follow system dark mode on launch screen (#16816 )

The iOS launch screen and the Flutter view controller's storyboard both
hard-coded a pure white background, so the app flashes bright white on
every cold start, even in dark mode. Use systemBackgroundColor so the
launch/loading screen is black in dark mode and white in light mode.
