Vasyl Gello 33a154a5d7 Fix F-Droid 1.5.0 build by disabling lockfile enforcement (#16673 )

* build_fdroid.sh: Revert unnecessary sed un-bracing

Claude has identified the issue but optimized stuff blindly:
the fact that F-Droid recipe for RustDesk 1.4.9 abused the sed
instruction does not mean it will be abused continuously, nor
that it should be abused (and fixed).
