shaw fead4c7ec3 feat(security): add panel API rate limiting to protect DB from high-frequency requests 
用户可高频刷面板接口（usage/dashboard 等重聚合查询）直接打爆数据库：
现有限流器只覆盖登录/注册等公开认证入口，登录后的全部面板端点无任何限流。

三层防护（阈值均可在后台可视化配置，panel_rate_limit_settings）：

1. 认证面板接口按「用户 ID」限流，与来源 IP 无关——反向代理/NAT 共享出口
   （所有请求源地址坍缩为 127.0.0.1 等）不会互相误伤：
   - Global 档（默认 240 rpm/账号）：user/auth/payment/admin 全部登录后路由
   - Heavy 档（默认 60 rpm/账号）：/usage、/usage/dashboard/*、
     /user/api-keys/:id/usage/daily 等重 SQL 聚合端点叠加计数
   - 管理员默认豁免（可关闭）

2. 无认证公开接口（/api/v1/settings/*，每次请求都查 DB）按安全客户端 IP
   限流（默认 300 rpm/IP）；回环/私网/链路本地地址（反代内部转发地址）
   一律跳过计数，杜绝把整条反代链路合并进同一个桶造成大面积误拦截。

3. 修复既有隐患：auth 入口限流的 IP 取值从 c.ClientIP() 切换到与审计日志/
   会话绑定/API Key ACL 同源的安全客户端 IP 解析（尊重后台「信任反代转发
   IP」开关快照）。原实现下默认反代部署（未配置 server.trusted_proxies）
   所有用户共享同一个登录限流桶，既会全员误拦也可被单人恶意占满形成登录
   DoS；开关关闭时行为与原来完全一致。

工程约束：
- 配置热路径走进程内缓存（atomic.Value + singleflight，60s TTL），
  限流中间件零 DB 访问；保存后当前节点立即生效
- 面板限流 Redis 故障 fail-open（auth 入口保持原有 fail-close）
- 429 响应携带 Retry-After；错误码 RATE_LIMITED
- 支付 webhook / 公开支付回调有意不挂限流
- 新增 GET/PUT /api/v1/admin/settings/panel-rate-limit；设置页安全 tab
  新增「面板接口限流」卡片（zh/en i18n 全量）

测试：rate_limiter/panel_rate_limit/setting_panel_rate_limit 单测全绿；
routes、handler/admin、-tags unit 契约测试通过；前端 vue-tsc/ESLint/
SettingsView spec（26/26，含新增交互用例）/i18n 守卫全部通过。

应对管理员访问凭证失守导致的数据外泄风险，新增三层防护：

审计日志（admin-only 可见，用户不可见）
- 新增 append-only audit_logs 表（migration 180）+ 异步批量写入 + 保留期清理
- 审计中间件挂在 admin/user/auth/admin-payment 组认证之后：记录所有变更类
  请求 + 白名单敏感读取（账号/代理导出、备份下载、admin/user API key 读取）
- 请求头凭证首尾掩码；请求体 JSON 递归脱敏（api_key/password 等擦除，base_url
  保留以便追责）；非 JSON body 不入库
- 无单条删除；全量清空需现场 TOTP 校验、拒绝 admin API key、未启用 2FA 不允许，
  清空后同步写入留痕记录

会话 IP/UA 绑定（默认开启，可在系统设置关闭）
- JWT 携带 session id + IP/UA 指纹哈希；IP 或 UA 任一变化即撤销会话家族并要求

敏感操作 step-up 2FA（sudo 窗口 15 分钟）
- 账号/代理导出、DB 备份创建/下载、S3 目标修改要求近期 TOTP 二次验证；admin API
  key 一律拒绝；前端 useStepUp 组合式 + TotpStepUpDialog 弹码后自动重试
- API key 查看按需求暂不加强管控

前端：新增 /admin/audit-logs 操作日志页面（筛选/详情/2FA 清空）、侧边栏入口、

为用户在 anthropic/openai/gemini/antigravity 四个平台上提供日/周/月
三个窗口的 USD 配额管控。配额语义：未设置=不限制，0=禁用，>0=美元上限。

两层模型：
- 配置层：系统默认配额，以及 email/linuxdo/oidc/wechat/github/google/
  dingtalk 七个鉴权来源的默认配额，存于 settings，以嵌套 JSON 整体读写
  （系统 1 个 key + 每个来源 1 个 key），整体替换语义。
- 运行时层：user_platform_quota 表按用户记录实际配额，与配置层解耦。

后端：新增 ent schema 与 140_user_platform_quotas.sql 迁移、repository
与 service 端口、计费链路集成、管理端与用户端读写接口。
前端：管理端设置页配额编辑、用户配额管理 Modal、用户 Dashboard 展示、
中英文案。

erio 654cfb6480 feat(channels): add "Available Channels" aggregate view 
Add a read-only aggregate view per channel: its linked groups and a
deterministic wildcard-free supported-model list with pricing details.

Backend
- service.Channel.SupportedModels(): combine ModelMapping keys with
  same-platform ModelPricing.Models; trailing "*" keys expand via
  pricing prefix match; platforms without a mapping produce no
  entries (intentional "no mapping = not shown" rule).
- Extract splitWildcardSuffix() shared with toModelEntry.
- Build a per-call pricing lookup map (platform+lowerName -> *pricing)
  to avoid O(N*M) scans in SupportedModels.
- ChannelService.ListAvailable() aggregates channels + active groups;
  filters out group IDs no longer active.
- Admin route GET /api/v1/admin/channels/available returns the full
  DTO (id, status, billing_model_source, restrict_models, groups,
  supported_models).
- User route GET /api/v1/channels/available applies three filters:
  Status==active, visible-group intersection, and platform filter
  on supported_models (prevents cross-platform leak when a channel
  links to both a user-accessible group and an inaccessible one on
  another platform). Response is a plain array (matches the
  /groups/available sibling shape). Field whitelist omits
  billing_model_source, restrict_models, ids, status, sort_order.

Frontend
- New /admin/available-channels and /available-channels views backed
  by a shared AvailableChannelsTable component (admin adds status +
  billing-source columns via slots).
- PricingRow extracted to its own SFC; SupportedModelChip references
  shared billing-mode constants in constants/channel.ts.
- Sidebar: new entry above "渠道管理" for admin; matching entry in
  user nav.
- i18n: zh + en coverage for both namespaces.

Tests
- SupportedModels: wildcard-only pricing skipped, prefix-matches-
  nothing, cross-platform bleed, case-insensitive dedup, empty
  platform mapping.
- ListAvailable: nil groupRepo, inactive-group-ID dropped, stable
  case-insensitive name sort.
- User handler: 401 on unauthenticated, visible-group intersection,
  platform filter on supported_models, JSON whitelist.
- Admin handler: full DTO including default BillingModelSource
  fallback.

新增 admin「渠道监控」模块（参考 BingZi-233/check-cx），独立于现有 Channel 体系。
admin 配置 + 后台定时调用上游 LLM chat completions 健康检查 + 所有登录用户只读可见。

后端：
- ent: channel_monitor + channel_monitor_history（AES-256-GCM 加密 api_key）
- service 按职责拆分：service/aggregator/validate/checker/runner/ssrf
- provider strategy map 替代 switch（openai/anthropic/gemini）
- repository batch 聚合（ListLatestForMonitorIDs + ComputeAvailabilityForMonitors）消除 N+1
- runner: ticker(5s) + pond worker pool(5) + inFlight 防并发 + TrySubmit 防雪崩

- SSRF 防护：强制 https + 私网/loopback/云元数据 IP 拒绝（127/8、10/8、172.16/12、

  在 socket 层防 DNS rebinding
- API key sanitize：擦除 url.Error 与上游响应 body 中的 sk-/sk-ant-/AIza/JWT 模式
- APIKeyDecryptFailed 标志位 + 单 monitor 路径检测，避免空 key 调用上游

handler:
- admin: CRUD + 手动触发 + 历史接口（api_key 脱敏）
- user: 只读列表 + 状态详情（去除 api_key/endpoint）
- ParseChannelMonitorID 共用 + dto.ChannelMonitorExtraModelStatus 共用

前端：
- 路由 /admin/channels/{pricing,monitor} + /monitor（用户只读）
- AppSidebar 父项 expandOnly 支持
- ChannelMonitorView 拆为 8 个子组件 + ChannelStatusView 拆出 detail dialog
- composables/useChannelMonitorFormat + constants/channelMonitor 共享
- i18n monitorCommon namespace 消除 admin/user 两 view 重复

合规：所有文件符合 CLAUDE.md（Go ≤ 500 行 / Vue ≤ 300 行 / 函数 ≤ 30 行）
CI: go build / gofmt / golangci-lint(0 issues) / make test-unit / pnpm build 全绿

- Change balance_notify_extra_emails and account_quota_notify_emails
  from []string to []NotifyEmailEntry{email, disabled, verified}
- Add per-email enable/disable toggle for both user and admin notifications
- Add PUT /user/notify-email/toggle API endpoint
- Fix critical bug: API key auth cache snapshot missing balance notify
  fields (Email, Username, BalanceNotifyEnabled, etc.), causing
  notifications to never fire on cached request paths
- Bump cache snapshot version 3→4 to invalidate stale entries

Add a system-wide "Backend Mode" that disables user self-registration
and self-service while keeping admin panel and API gateway fully
functional. When enabled, only admin can log in; all user-facing
routes return 403.

Backend:
- New setting key `backend_mode_enabled` with atomic cached reads (60s TTL)
- BackendModeUserGuard middleware blocks non-admin authenticated routes
- BackendModeAuthGuard middleware blocks registration/password-reset auth routes
- Login/Login2FA/RefreshToken handlers reject non-admin when enabled
- TokenPairWithUser struct for role-aware token refresh
- 20 unit tests (middleware + service layer)

Frontend:
- Router guards redirect unauthenticated users to /login
- Admin toggle in Settings page
- Login page hides register link and footer in backend mode
- 9 unit tests for router guard logic
- i18n support (en/zh)

新增功能：
- 支持 Google Authenticator 等应用进行 TOTP 二次验证
- 用户可在个人设置中启用/禁用 2FA
- 登录时支持 TOTP 验证流程
- 管理后台可全局开关 TOTP 功能

安全增强：
- TOTP 密钥使用 AES-256-GCM 加密存储
- 添加 TOTP_ENCRYPTION_KEY 配置项，必须手动配置才能启用功能
- 防止服务重启导致加密密钥变更使用户无法登录
- 验证失败次数限制，防止暴力破解

配置说明：
- Docker 部署：在 .env 中设置 TOTP_ENCRYPTION_KEY
- 非 Docker 部署：在 config.yaml 中设置 totp.encryption_key
- 生成密钥命令：openssl rand -hex 32

IanShaw 45bd9ac705 运维监控系统安全加固和功能优化 (#21) 
* fix(ops): 修复运维监控系统的关键安全和稳定性问题

## 修复内容

### P0 严重问题
1. **DNS Rebinding防护** (ops_alert_service.go)
   - 实现IP钉住机制防止验证后的DNS rebinding攻击
   - 自定义Transport.DialContext强制只允许拨号到验证过的公网IP
   - 扩展IP黑名单，包括云metadata地址(169.254.169.254)
   - 添加完整的单元测试覆盖

2. **OpsAlertService生命周期管理** (wire.go)
   - 在ProvideOpsMetricsCollector中添加opsAlertService.Start()调用
   - 确保stopCtx正确初始化，避免nil指针问题
   - 实现防御式启动，保证服务启动顺序

3. **数据库查询排序** (ops_repo.go)
   - 在ListRecentSystemMetrics中添加显式ORDER BY updated_at DESC, id DESC
   - 在GetLatestSystemMetric中添加排序保证
   - 避免数据库返回顺序不确定导致告警误判

### P1 重要问题
4. **并发安全** (ops_metrics_collector.go)
   - 为lastGCPauseTotal字段添加sync.Mutex保护
   - 防止数据竞争

5. **Goroutine泄漏** (ops_error_logger.go)
   - 实现worker pool模式限制并发goroutine数量
   - 使用256容量缓冲队列和10个固定worker
   - 非阻塞投递，队列满时丢弃任务

6. **生命周期控制** (ops_alert_service.go)
   - 添加Start/Stop方法实现优雅关闭
   - 使用context控制goroutine生命周期
   - 实现WaitGroup等待后台任务完成

7. **Webhook URL验证** (ops_alert_service.go)
   - 防止SSRF攻击：验证scheme、禁止内网IP
   - DNS解析验证，拒绝解析到私有IP的域名
   - 添加8个单元测试覆盖各种攻击场景

8. **资源泄漏** (ops_repo.go)
   - 修复多处defer rows.Close()问题
   - 简化冗余的defer func()包装

9. **HTTP超时控制** (ops_alert_service.go)
   - 创建带10秒超时的http.Client
   - 添加buildWebhookHTTPClient辅助函数
   - 防止HTTP请求无限期挂起

10. **数据库查询优化** (ops_repo.go)
    - 将GetWindowStats的4次独立查询合并为1次CTE查询
    - 减少网络往返和表扫描次数
    - 显著提升性能

11. **重试机制** (ops_alert_service.go)
    - 实现邮件发送重试：最多3次，指数退避(1s/2s/4s)
    - 添加webhook备用通道
    - 实现完整的错误处理和日志记录

12. **魔法数字** (ops_repo.go, ops_metrics_collector.go)
    - 提取硬编码数字为有意义的常量
    - 提高代码可读性和可维护性

## 测试验证
- ✅ go test ./internal/service -tags opsalert_unit 通过
- ✅ 所有webhook验证测试通过

- ✅ 修复ops_latest_metrics视图未过滤window_minutes（添加WHERE m.window_minutes = 1）
- ✅ 修复数据回填UPDATE逻辑（QPS计算改为request_count/(window_minutes*60.0)）
- ✅ 添加ops_alert_rules JSONB字段后端支持（Go结构体+序列化）

### P2级别（优化）
- ✅ 前端WebSocket自动重连（指数退避1s→2s→4s→8s→16s，最大5次）
- ✅ 后端WebSocket心跳检测（30s ping，60s pong超时）

在ops_latest_metrics视图中添加显式类型转换，确保参数类型与函数签名匹配

* fix(lint): 修复golangci-lint检查发现的所有问题

- 将Redis依赖从service层移到repository层
- 添加错误检查（WebSocket连接和读取超时）
- 运行gofmt格式化代码
- 添加nil指针检查
- 删除未使用的alertService字段

修复问题：
- depguard: 3个（service层不应直接import redis）
- errcheck: 3个（未检查错误返回值）
- gofmt: 2个（代码格式问题）
- staticcheck: 4个（nil指针解引用）
- unused: 1个（未使用字段）

代码统计：
- 修改文件：11个
- 删除代码：490行
- 新增代码：105行
- 净减少：385行
