计费：fast/priority 按上游响应实际档位只降不升计费
...
此前 OpenAI service_tier 与 Anthropic speed 的计费档位只看请求侧，上游
因容量把 priority/fast 静默降为 default/standard 时仍按 2x 收费。现在：
- upstreamResponseModelObserver 同时观察响应侧档位：OpenAI 只信终止事件
与无类型 body 里的 service_tier（response.created 为请求回显，忽略），
Anthropic 读 usage.speed；查找仅在带 model 的帧上触发
- ResolveBillingServiceTier 只降不升：响应档位比请求便宜才采纳，更贵、
未知或缺失一律沿用请求侧，与图片尺寸归并、response_model 计费的
"不得更贵"不变式一致
- usage_logs.service_tier 记录实际计费档位，降级写
billing.service_tier_downgraded 审计日志；HTTP、WS 及 ws_v2 relay 全覆盖

同账号重试采用次数上限加 deadline；畸形 tools 在出站前删除；compaction 422 与结构化错误扫描一并保留。

fix(openai-ws): keep downstream writes off the relay cancellation context
...
coder/websocket arms a context.AfterFunc that hard-closes the connection
when a write context is canceled, and AfterFunc stop does not wait for a
callback that already started. An external cancellation (e.g. ingress
lease loss) landing inside the disarm window of an already-successful
downstream write could therefore kill the TCP connection before the
retry close frame (1013) was written, leaving the client with a bare
EOF. Mirror the read side: bound downstream writes with the write
timeout only, and rely on the explicit Close/CloseNow performed by every
relay exit path for teardown.
Fixes the flaky TestPassthroughLifecycle_LeaseLossSendsRetryClose.

- 对齐 WS 与流式终态 usage 解析，补齐 failed/done/incomplete/cancelled 等事件
- 兼容后续 WS response.create 省略 model，保持模型映射与权限判断一致
- 补齐 passthrough header 透传和图片 usage 字段映射

PR #2444 引入的 activeTurn 字段未按 gofmt 对齐，导致 golangci-lint
报 gofmt 错误。运行 gofmt -w 调整字段类型对齐到与同结构其他字段一致。

feat(openai-ws): 合并 WS v2 透传模式与前端 ws mode
...
新增 OpenAI WebSocket v2 passthrough relay 数据面与服务适配层，
支持按账号 ws mode 在 ctx_pool 与 passthrough 间路由。
同步调整前端 OpenAI ws mode 选项为 off/ctx_pool/passthrough，
并补充 i18n 文案与对应单测。
新增 Caddyfile.dmit 与 docker-compose-aicodex.yml 部署配置，
用于宿主机场景下的反向代理与服务编排。
