Reduce filtered admin usage statistics from four scans to one GROUPING SETS query so every breakdown shares the exact same filters. Add concurrent expression indexes for requested and upstream model filters on large usage_logs tables.

分组用量仓储测试原先固定恢复上海时区，覆盖集成测试包初始化的 UTC，并导致后续今日统计多算。统一保存并恢复测试进入前的时区，避免 unit 和 integration 用例相互污染。

迁移默认 false 会让存量分组静默丢掉 ≥200k 阶梯与渠道多档价。
OpenAI 路径传入 Group 后，账号级 openai_long_context_billing_enabled 被顶掉。

- 列默认 TRUE，并对存量行回填
- 分组价卡不再手填 token 区间，勾选走官方/预设阶梯
- 分组开关与账号开关 AND；价卡 JSON 损坏时打 warn

IanShaw027 f3d9491071 feat: 分组支持逐模型定价，并可关闭长上下文阶梯 
运营需要按分组覆盖渠道/内置价，且部分套餐不应自动吃 200k 倍率。
原先只能改渠道价卡，分组侧只剩 Voice 三列。

- groups 新增 model_pricing / long_context_pricing_enabled，解析链改为 Group → Channel → 内置
- 关闭长上下文时 token 模型只取最低档；video 按秒计费可写进同一价卡
- 回退价对齐官方卡：4.5 缓存 $0.30、4.3/imagine/audio/search 默认值一并校正

shaw d92edc01be Merge origin/main into feat/channel-monitor-v2-ops-ui 
Resolves three conflicts, all of the "both branches appended to the same
block" shape. Every one is resolved as a union of both sides; nothing from
either parent is dropped.

- handler/admin/setting_handler_update.go: keep ChannelMonitorHideThroughput
  (V2) alongside GrokDefaultTextModel / GrokCrossClientModelMapEnabled /
  GrokDefaultBaseURLMode (#5408). UpdateSettings writes every key on each
  save, so dropping either side would reset those settings to zero values.
- service/domain_constants.go: keep SettingKeyChannelMonitorHideThroughput
  and the three SettingKeyGrok* constants.
- repository/migrations_runner.go: keep the 195 checksum rule (V2) and the
  218/219/220 rules (#5408).

Fix golangci unused/gofmt on the gentle-backfill path. Plot matrix and
line-chart X axes on the selected [requested_start, requested_end)
window (empty slots while backfill lags), and let plain mouse-wheel zoom
narrow the visible interval so pulse blocks grow wider.

IanShaw027 7eb1310701 fix(grok): close free-by-default billing and related review blockers 
H1/H2: bill search and voice with code defaults when group prices are
nil (explicit 0 remains free); bump API key auth snapshot to v19 and
refresh incomplete media/search/audio projections.

M1–M6: free-quota soft gate fails open on cache miss with background
refresh and 60s default TTL; correct password_auth config docs; default
cross-client model map to true (→ grok-4.5); audit /tts and /web_search;
exclude composite from migration 220 video-price clears; never let a
search surcharge mask token pricing failures.

IanShaw027 825f9c78d5 fix(channel-monitor-v2): default mode v1 and gentle adaptive backfill 
Default channel_monitor_mode to v1 (opt-in V2) so upgrades keep active
probes; existing explicit v2 rows are left alone via ON CONFLICT DO NOTHING
plus migration checksum compatibility for already-applied 195.

V2 first-enable backfill no longer compresses ticks to 5s or uses 24h
chunks. Each tick does recent overlap plus at most one historical chunk
with depth-based ceilings (2h/4h/6h), adaptive grow/shrink, and failure
backoff. Error request_id dedup is bounded by a 90-minute lookback so
ops_error_logs is not scanned for full history.

Also align hide_throughput parse default with privacy-preserving public
runtime (missing key → true).

IanShaw027 1f58e25ab3 Merge upstream/main into feat/grok-complete-integration 
冲突集中在 chat completions / messages 两条 Responses 转发路径：
upstream 给 OpenAIForwardResult 增加了 UpstreamResponseModel 与
UpstreamResponseModelConflict（配套 beginUpstreamResponseModelObservation
观测器），本分支在同样位置把返回值改成了具名变量以便挂 Grok 原生搜索计数。
两侧不互斥，合并结果同时保留上游的响应模型观测字段与 Grok SearchCount 逻辑。

frontend/pnpm-lock.yaml 取 upstream 版本：package.json 与 upstream 完全一致，
本地差异只是 pnpm install 的重解析噪音。

shaw 99b357083e fix(subscription): restore midnight daily quota reset 
日额度窗口恢复日历日语义（配置时区每天 0 点刷新），修复 v0.1.170 引入的回归：
- 手动重置配额后日窗口锚点漂移到重置时刻，此后 0 点不再刷新
- 新建/续费订阅日窗口按购买或首用时刻滚动，而非 0 点刷新

日窗口三处锚点（激活/手动重置/续期）统一写入当天 0 点，自动重置改为跨日历日
边界触发；存量非 0 点锚点在下一个 0 点自愈，无需数据库迁移。周/月窗口保持
期限对齐滚动语义（含到期约束）不变，不回归 issue #5051 的月额度翻倍问题。
日卡一次性额度豁免逻辑保留。

IanShaw027 b59a3df5b5 fix(grok): 视频在 status 返回 video.url 后再按上游参数计费 
创建/generations 仅绑定账号并缓存 create-time 定价快照；轮询到
video.url / download_url 等成功 URL 时一次性扣费。时长/分辨率/模型
优先取上游 status 字段，缺失则回退创建快照，再套默认 8s/480p。
Redis SetNX + request_id 去重，避免重复轮询双扣。

- CLI 身份：xai.cli_identity 统一 pin/UA；service 层 applyGrokCLIHeaders
  与 transport 最终改写对齐；media eligibility 模块落地
- UsageCell：月度 cents→USD 与 30d 进度条展示

保留既有 failure taxonomy / sticky / free recovery 等 HEAD cools。

分组新增 video_model_prices（JSONB）；计费优先模型×分辨率覆盖，
其次旧分辨率三列，最后官方按模型族默认价。同步补齐 admin 设置
中的 grok_default_text_model / 跨客户端映射开关，并保持
grok-imagine-video-1.5 请求模型 identity 不被静默改写。

feeeei 26e0a89323 人机验证增加阿里云验证码 2.0 
沿用腾讯天御验证码引入的多服务商模型：aliyun_captcha_enabled 作为独立
开关，与 Cloudflare Turnstile、腾讯天御三方互斥（保存校验 + 运行时
CAPTCHA_PROVIDER_CONFLICT）。后台「安全与认证」合并为单张人机验证卡片：
总开关 + 服务商单选（Turnstile / 腾讯天御 / 阿里云），选中即启用该家并
关闭其它，落库仍是三个独立开关键，由前端映射保证互斥。

阿里云侧同时支持 aliyun 中国站与国际站（alibabacloud.com）：两站前端脚本、
region 取值与服务端 API 完全一致，仅账号与 AccessKey 相互独立，因此由
「服务地域」决定线路即可——中国内地走 captcha.cn-shanghai.aliyuncs.com，
非中国内地（新加坡）走 captcha.ap-southeast-1.aliyuncs.com，AccessKey
取自持有该实例的账号，无需在配置中区分站点。

- AliyunCaptchaService 对称 TencentCaptchaService：服务端校验走官方 SDK
  VerifyIntelligentCaptcha，调用异常按 fail-closed 拦截，与 Turnstile
  网络错误行为对称；保存设置时真实探测 AK/SK 有效性
- 保护面对齐腾讯扩展入口：VerifyTencentCaptchaIfEnabled 通用化为
  VerifyActionCaptchaIfEnabled，OAuth 登录启动、passkey 登录在阿里云
  启用时同样拦截；Turnstile 维持既有覆盖不扩大
- 前端 AliyunCaptchaWidget 为表单内预验证按钮（popup 模式），同时暴露
  verify() 供 OAuth 启动、passkey 等动作入口程序化弹窗；未预验证直接
  提交时弹窗兜底。SDK 按钮绑定异步完成，弹窗未出现前按 tick 重试触发，
  并轮询弹窗可见性识别用户关闭
- captchaVerifyParam 复用 turnstile_token 请求字段提交；公开设置下发
  aliyun_captcha_enabled / scene_id / prefix / region
- CSP 放行验证码 CDN：script-src/style-src 加 *.alicdn.com

li 66ad405dd6 fix(upstream): set explicit TCP dial timeout on upstream transports 
http.Transport 未设置 DialContext 时使用零值 net.Dialer（Timeout=0），
DNS 解析与 TCP 握手没有任何上限，只能等内核 TCP 重传耗尽（Linux 约 130 秒）。
ResponseHeaderTimeout 只约束连接建立之后等待响应头的阶段，覆盖不到建连。

上游域名被解析到 443 不可达的 IP 时（DNS 污染 / 路由异常），单个账号就要卡满
内核超时；而多账号故障转移是串行的，一次请求会阻塞数分钟且不写中间错误，
客户端表现为"长时间无首字后直接结束"。

- buildUpstreamTransport 显式设置 DialContext（10s）与 TLSHandshakeTimeout（10s）
- proxyutil SOCKS5 分支的 forward dialer 由 proxy.Direct（零值 dialer，同样无超时）
  换成带 10s 超时的 net.Dialer；该分支会覆盖 Transport.DialContext，
  调用方设置的建连超时对它无效，必须在此补上
