- admin/overview.ts: 添加 12 个缺失的翻译 key
  - newUsersToday, active, ok, err, create
  - userUsageTrend, claudeMaxSimulation 对象
- misc.ts: 添加 allowUserRefund 翻译

改进中文用户体验，确保所有 UI 文本都有对应的中文翻译
