erio d27d6c1b24 fix: restore original 077 migration and create 078 for Sonnet 4.5→4.6 ...

077 was modified after being applied to the production database,
causing a checksum mismatch and container restart loop.
Restore 077 to its original content and move the Sonnet 4.5→4.6
migration to a new 078 file.
