Migrate the workspace to React and Ant Design, improve account forms and responsive layouts, support outbound diagnostics and SSH fingerprint confirmation, and persist the management startup port. Preserve database migrations, remove S3 settings storage, and improve gateway audit handling.

跨平台运行
Windows、Linux、macOS 使用相同的当前 SQLite 配置格式（schema 3）：local_metadata 保存主密钥，配置和自动 TLS 位于主库，审计位于分片。保留旧库升级与原密钥的一次性导入，Windows 支持读取原 DPAPI 密钥；库内已有密钥时直接使用。版本门槛与备份范围见 SQLite 存储。
回环管理地址启用本地模式，包括随机端口、可选管理员设置和打开浏览器；非回环部署仍要求认证。Windows 仅使用命名互斥锁；Linux/macOS 使用数据库文件锁。新 Windows 数据库 ACL 限制当前用户和 SYSTEM，Unix 数据库权限为 0600，已有过宽权限会拒绝启动，不自动改写。
Windows 构建使用 scripts/build.ps1，Linux/macOS 使用 sh scripts/build.sh。Windows 单 EXE 打包使用 scripts/package.ps1；当前仓库没有 package.mjs 六目标打包入口或 start-dev.sh，不应调用不存在的脚本。其他 GOOS/GOARCH 可通过 Go 交叉编译，编译通过不等于异系统运行验证。
实际跨平台验证范围见 测试记录，Windows fixture 通过不代表 Linux/macOS 运行验证。
