zuiidea 39a6339c59 feat(templates): remove orders sample, align basic with with-lingui 
- Drop orders routes, API, MSW, and e2e; users-only CRUD template
- Port HTTP refresh, hooks, RouteError, and core e2e to basic
- Lingui extract --clean in script; refresh catalogs
- Update add-resource docs, cursor rule, and optimization spec

zuiidea 4406e57556 fix(with-lingui): run vp staged from app roots in pre-commit 
Git core.hooksPath points at this app while commits use the repo root cwd, so plain vp staged could not find vite.config.ts. Dispatch into apps/with-lingui and apps/basic by staged path; run packages/create check-types for matching TS sources. Document behavior in AGENTS.md.

zuiidea c5221c71be feat(with-lingui): orders CRUD, shared hooks, auth refresh, and docs 
- Add second sample resource (orders): API, schemas, MSW, routes, menu, Lingui, and E2E.

- Introduce useCrudToasts, useUrlSearchState, useTableFitHeight; extend useResourceCRUD with optimistic updates; add Vitest coverage for hooks and createHandler.

- Implement token refresh in http layer, RouteError, and new E2E specs (auth-refresh, rbac, url-state).

- Replace gen-resource codegen with English add-resource.instructions.md; fix Copilot instruction YAML in with-lingui and basic.

- Add with-lingui CI workflow, Cursor thin rules, optimization plan doc, and refresh README/AGENTS.

- Bump packages/create and lockfile where applicable.
