Update Bedrock GPT-6 Sol catalog tests to expect multi-agent V2 (#49369)

Update the runtime catalog test expectations for `global.openai.gpt-6-sol`
and `us.openai.gpt-6-sol` from `MultiAgentVersion::V1` to
`MultiAgentVersion::V2`.
