Use the shared text editor for command-center task renaming (#50216)

## What changed

Replace the rename field with a single-line `TextArea` that honors configured editor bindings and the composer's Vim setting. Start renaming in insert mode and support Vim Escape recovery on legacy terminals.

Strip carriage returns and newlines from titles and pasted text, keep Vim linewise pastes inline, and scroll horizontally at grapheme boundaries to keep the cursor visible.

## Testing

Add single-line editor coverage for newline filtering, Vim commands, repeat edits, and inline yanks. Extend command-center tests to cover Vim renaming across status-filter changes and cursor placement in narrow layouts.
