feat(redis): enable auto-refresh countdown for key TTL by default

Key Viewer panel now defaults auto-refresh ON, showing a live TTL
countdown without requiring the user to click the Clock button.

- Default autoRefreshEnabled from false to true
- Move countdown init + timer start into startAutoRefresh() as single entry
- Remove redundant countdownTtl reset from the tick callback's .then()
- load() finally block calls startAutoRefresh() for all call paths
