feature (plg_search_sqlitefts): support for offline mode

This is a big refactor so we avoid the magical stuff happening with the
daemon to better control the 2 operation mode for this plugin:
- inline search where the index is built on the fly
- offline search where the index is built by the workflow engine
before this, we would have issues where index created offline would not
pick Rm events and might show potentially stale data. The whole refactor
was to clean the code and make this possible
