fix (widget): widget with textarea
...
The issue was that when we create a widget in a sidebar with a textarea,
it would trigger other handlers that were not supposed to, eg: ctrl A
would select all files, but if we do so from an existing input, that
behavior should not trigger

The TUS RFC we initially implemented was based of https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-tus-httpbis-resumable-uploads-protocol-00.html
They have added tons of things since then we allow us to remove some of
the whackamole stuff we have to do to support things nicely like the tus
url parameter which we finally got rid of and quite a few other
niceties
