MickaelK 9ffd0e6383 fix (plg_search_sqlitefts): apply middleware 
before this, if someone was adding versioning or pgp encryption, the
search would see the raw fs and not the virtual filesystem on top. When
we have time we should create a new kind of middleware which get applied
in NewBackend directly so this hack will get deprecated but until this
happen, this commit is just a quickfix

for some reasons unlink is not enough using docker which never release
the unlinked files back to the os making df -h reporting different
things than du -hsx /
