fix: rename redeemMaxErrorsPerHour to redeemMaxFailedAttempts in tests

Browse Source 
#6669 renamed the constant from redeemMaxErrorsPerHour to
redeemMaxFailedAttempts (fixed 10-minute window), but #6670's tests
still referenced the old name, breaking compilation on main.
