erio 226844b8b2 fix(antigravity): change VALIDATION_REQUIRED 403 to SetError and enrich degraded usage with account error status 
- VALIDATION_REQUIRED now marks account as error (permanent) instead of temp unschedulable (10min)
- When usage fetch fails with 401 but account has 403 error, show correct forbidden/banned status instead of needs_reauth

erio e2b9c40093 feat(antigravity): add usage status detection and 403 validation block 
- Add needs_verify, is_banned, needs_reauth, error_code fields to UsageInfo
  for Antigravity accounts (omitempty ensures zero impact on other platforms)
- Add singleflight dedup for Antigravity usage requests with independent
  context to prevent caller cancel cascade
- Return degraded UsageInfo with error_code instead of HTTP 500 on errors
- Differentiate cache TTL: success/403 → 3min, recoverable errors → 1min
- Add 403 validation_block: Antigravity validation-type 403 triggers
  temp_unschedulable (10min auto-recovery) instead of permanent SetError
- Frontend: display needs_reauth and degraded error states in usage cell
- Bump version to 0.1.94.4

erio 9a4137add3 fix: return degraded UsageInfo instead of 500 for Antigravity usage errors 
When the Antigravity quota API returns non-403 errors (e.g. 401
UNAUTHENTICATED), return a UsageInfo with an error field instead of
propagating the error as HTTP 500. This matches Antigravity Manager's
behavior of gracefully displaying errors.

erio 4345862adf fix: use shared max_line_size config for OpenAI Responses SSE scanner 
Two SSE scanners in openai_gateway_messages.go were hardcoded to 1MB
while all other scanners use defaultMaxLineSize (500MB) with config
override. This caused Responses API streams to fail on large payloads.

erioandClaude Opus 4.6 914a0cd4c8 fix: add OpenAI passthrough check in account selection and refresh 
Add IsOpenAIPassthroughEnabled() bypass in two places:
- SelectAccountWithLoadAwareness Layer 2 candidate filtering (line 1285)
- resolveFreshSchedulableOpenAIAccount model check (line 1446)

Without these checks, passthrough accounts are filtered out for models
like gpt-5.4 that aren't in the account's model_mapping, causing 503.

erioandClaude Opus 4.6 f41711c14f fix: restore OpenAI passthrough mode check lost during v0.1.94 merge 
The isModelSupportedByAccount function lost the OpenAI passthrough
check during the upstream merge, causing GPT-5.4 and other models
to be rejected for passthrough accounts.

token too long" errors. Scanner is adaptive (starts at 64KB, grows
as needed), so increasing the cap has no impact on normal responses.

Display daily/weekly/total quota utilization as progress bars in the
usage window column for API Key accounts, providing visual feedback
consistent with other account types (OAuth/Gemini).

- Daily quota: "1d" label with reset countdown
- Weekly quota: "7d" label with reset countdown
- Total quota: "total" label (no reset)
