Prajwal RajandRaj ca92070fac Plugson: cap Boot Conf Replace at 2 entries per mode (#3727) 
Ventoy only supports replacing up to 2 config files per mode, but
Plugson's Boot Conf Replace page let users add unlimited entries with
no indication that anything past the 2nd is silently ignored. Block
the add action once 2 entries exist for the current tab and show a
warning instead.

Fixes #3593

longpanda 021c237920 Fix the Windows/WinPE secure boot version check failed issue. 
Conditions:
1. Secure boot is enabled.
2. Select ByPass policy in Ventoy.
3. With BIOS update to latest. (Windows CA2011 revocated)

Error message is like follows:
Security Error: Secure boot version check failed.
Your system security may be compromised!

Current version: 1.0 - Minimum allowed version: xx.0
Visit https://aka.ms/secure-boot-version-violation for more information.

The system will shutdown in 10 seconds.

Tiago Augusto Pimenta 40895a09f6 Fix fdisk detection on BusyBox systems (#3614) 
On BusyBox, fdisk -v exists but returns a non-zero exit code,
causing the script to incorrectly conclude fdisk is not available.
Use POSIX command -v instead to reliably check for fdisk.
