vrustx 3f4f69c0dd fix(app): extract numeric Windows version to avoid mojibake in support info 
On Chinese Windows, `cmd /C ver` emits GBK-encoded output which was
decoded as UTF-8 lossy, rendering the localized text as mojibake
(e.g. "版本" became "�汾"). The full line also duplicated the
"Windows" prefix already provided by os_name().

Parse only the ASCII numeric version token (e.g. 10.0.26200.8655)
from the ver output, which is encoding-independent, and drop the
localized text entirely. Result: "Windows 10.0.26200.8655".

Abeautifulsnow 2eed0aa66c feat(redis): enable auto-refresh countdown for key TTL by default 
Key Viewer panel now defaults auto-refresh ON, showing a live TTL
countdown without requiring the user to click the Clock button.

- Default autoRefreshEnabled from false to true
- Move countdown init + timer start into startAutoRefresh() as single entry
- Remove redundant countdownTtl reset from the tick callback's .then()
- load() finally block calls startAutoRefresh() for all call paths
