zipg d54d028597 fix(i18n): 设置项说明直接描述两种写法，去掉旧版本指代 
「CSV NULL 表示」的说明原先用「与旧版本一致」解释「留空」，指代不明确且会随时间失效。改为直接说明两种写法各自写出什么：`\N` 写 NULL、空字段写空字符串；留空则把 NULL 与空字符串都写成空字段、在文件里无法区分。11 个语言包同步更新，设置截图一并刷新。
